At an ever-increasing pace, Twitter is changing the way in which people communicate. Now, a new technology developed in Central Ohio is allowing long-distance runners to tweet and post updates about their workouts while they're running -- from their shoes! While this technological breakthrough might not appeal to everyone, it does herald yet another indication of the speed and adaptability of this communications medium.
Social Media Club Columbus is an association of writers, thinkers, communicators, artists and professionals representing a variety of disciplines who are learning, sharing and furthering the roles of Social Media. It is a chapter of the international Social Media Club which was formed in 2006.
