As Abercrombie & Fitch expands into international markets, Horizons provides new Loss Prevention videos unique to those markets.
New employees at Abercrombie & Fitch stores from Dublin to Düssedorf and from Hamburg to Hong Kong learn early on how to spot and help minimize loss – whether it comes in the form of a would-be shoplifter or an unethical associate. At each store, the new employees watch a comprehensive video that teaches them how to respond when they see any manner of theft taking place.
As Abercrombie & Fitch grows from a national apparel retailer to an international one, Horizons is helping the effort by re-creating the company’s Loss Prevention video from its original English version into a growing number of foreign-language videos.
To date, Horizons has produced the A&F and Hollister division videos in Italian, Japanese, German, Spanish and French. We’re currently working on new versions in Chinese, Dutch and Polish – and will soon be creating a German version of the Gilly Hicks division’s Loss Prevention video.
Each new version of the video includes not only a brand new voice track including narration, sound bites and customer/associate dramatizations. It also features brand new text graphics in each of the designated languages.
