Central Ohio is no stranger to major film production, and this summer another feature film will be shot right here in Columbus. Currently titled Country Christmas Album, the film’s plotline revolves around the collaboration between two incongruous musical talents whose lifestyles, musical tastes and career arcs could hardly be more different. Like oil and water, they struggle to find a common chord, but along the rocky road to production discover a melody that neither could have imagined.
Country Christmas Album will be shot in and around Columbus in late July. Horizons Companies will provide production and post production support to Almost Never Films, a publicly traded independent film company based in Los Angeles, California. Almost Never Films is focused on film production, finance and related services and on facilitating relationships between creative talent and companies that produce, finance and distribute motion pictures and television series.
